Standard pergola installation for £497.
One fixed price for a standard installation at eligible addresses in Gloucestershire. It is optional, and it is separate from delivery.

- Not a starting point and not an estimate. Standard installations are all the same fixed price.
What the standard installation covers.
- Installation onto a level, suitable, ready base that you provide.
- Work carried out where there is safe, ordinary access to the working area.
- Assembly and securing of the pergola in accordance with the confirmed product instructions.
- Removal of product packaging from the working area at the end of the visit.
- Fitting of compatible non-electrical accessories bought for the same installation, only where the configuration you select explicitly includes fitting.
What is not included.
- Groundworks, or building or correcting a base.
- Electrical connection or electrical certification.
- Plumbing of any kind.
- Demolition or removal of existing structures.
- Abnormal lifting, including crane or mechanical hoist access.
- Restricted-access remediation, such as clearing or widening a route to the site.
- Permissions, planning applications or building control approvals.
- A return visit caused by the site not being ready as declared.
If a site is not standard, the work is declined or quoted separately before you commit. It is never added as a surcharge afterwards.

Installation eligibility and site readiness are checked with you before you pay, not afterwards. These are the five things we go through together.

Your postcode
We install at eligible addresses in Gloucestershire. If your address falls outside the current service area, we will say so rather than take your money.
- Step 2
Measurements
The pergola you choose has to suit the space, including height, projection and any wall or roofline it sits against.
- Step 3
Safe access
Our team needs a safe, ordinary route to the working area for people and materials, without abnormal lifting.
- Step 4
A suitable ready base
The base needs to be level, sound and finished before we arrive. We do not build or correct bases as part of this service.
- Step 5
Obstructions
Overhead cables, drains, planting, outbuildings and anything else in the way need to be identified before installation is booked.
Installation and delivery are two different things.
Installation is optional and priced separately from delivery. Getting the product to your address and fitting it are handled and charged as two different services, so choosing one does not commit you to the other.
